fast forwarding the future: how we made things happen for nedbank
Nedbank’s Branch of the Future was a six-month project in which we were tasked with designing and developing an immersive digital experience for Nedbank’s in-branch personal and business customers. It resulted in an interactive user journey that's been adopted countrywide. The content we created made full use of Internet stations, WiFi, video banking, iPads for the full A-to-Z range of Nedbank’s banking products and services. (But without the queues.)
